At the G5 level that is kinda petty to me. Take the best guy. Who cares how committed they are. We should be stepping stones for great coaches. Win enough over the years...and eventually we could be one of the big boys.

Charlotte got upset because he agreed and then pursued the ECU job...they did not want to be used as leverage for him to get more money....kind of like Butch Jones used MU to get more cash at Cindy.
