  • Awesome. Better than a QB that just drops back and chucks the damn ball 2 feet over the receivers head!

  • now, i'm wondering when was the last time the starter and backup were from WV or everyone in the QB group?

  • So, now, GW is the best thing since sliced toast. Did they just turn the lights on?

  • Hand size looks good.  Ball looks tight in his hands.  Nice arm and can run.  Could be a gunslinger

  • The sad part of this is if Green returned he would not see the field for 2 more years.  What happened to getting the best players on the field?

Maybe Cramsey told Green the job wasn’t guaranteed and that’s why he took a poke at him?

    That's a good trivia question.

Looking at old game programs, three of the five QBs on the 1985 roster were from West Virginia.

Not sure about an all West Virginian QB group.

  • Watching him, GW reminds me of former OU QB Tyler Tettleton. I'd take that kind of effort and production any day. We can win the league with that kind of QB play.

  • I’m really looking forward to watching him in the EKU game. And I expect the staff to play the backup as well. In this climate, Cramsey indicated you need more than one QB with game experience.

I hope so. I'm convinced the Herd could have won the East the past two years with even an average G5-caliber QB. Going quarters and full halves with no offensive production have been devastating.

So after eight years Doc is finally going to insert the 'Froh' package (or is it now called the 'Z' package) into a live game?
