  • Jannson's parents will be there with him in tow. If the basketball team isn't practicing. (It will be my first Marshall FOOTBALL game)

Safe travels from, and back to, GA, JReese.  Did Jannson's brother's football season get cancelled?

THank you and yes it did. They have mentioned playing in the spring but its still up in the air. I would like to see him get another year of eligibility so he can work on his masters.

  • Most likely not.  Became a season ticket holder in 1991 and have been every since (except the 2017 season and still went to all home games).  I wish nothing but the best for this years team but if this year is any indication of the recent past I would just as soon watch grass grow.

  • Doesn't look like I will make it this week (hence trying to get rid of my tickets).  :(

I hope to be there for the next home game.

I'm with you. I gave up my longtime 50 yard line tickets after struggling to stay awake during the 2018 season. I was going to do it 1 year sooner but gave Cramsey a 1 year chance. It became clear to me that Cramsey was just a Doc puppet

  • Great time for Doc haters to come back to the Joan; new quarterback with the ability to do a lot of things and understand a lot of things, on the field, perhaps the best offensive line in our lifetimes, an amazing running back and a back up to him that would most likely start anywhere in the league except here, many young faces that chose to "chance" MU for their football careers, and the 50th year of football after the worst college athletic disaster in history.

Add in the fact that our athletic department has worked there hands off and hearts out to get us a chance to be in the stadium.  If you're curious enough to watch on TV, come join us in the stadium at least one more time.

We aren't coming back until we get a new coach. Doc is the worst coach at Marshall in at least 40 years.

What does that have to do with Doc? I’m beginning to think Dic isn’t even on the hot seat. I’m beginning to think Doc can stay as long he he decides. And people like you that don’t demand better is a big part of that problem. I’m super excited about Wells if we get another coach. But until then, I’ll stay on the sidelines thank you!!!

  • Imagine, if the game does materialize, that size of the crowd would be affected by the ESPN telecast.  A trade-off, IMO, on the HERD's chances for NATIONAL exposure and an opportunity to impress to the college football world, and fans, who are at this time about totally insane over the need to watch COLLEGE FOOTBALL!

Also, IMO, an opportunity for Hamrick to show some good will, and some fan base building ability, by making whatever number of General Admission single game tickets that MU is going to sell, available to the general public, non traditional Herd fans, etc., at a REASONABLE price, for a game against a FCS opponent!

There will be no general admission and no one will be allowed to move from their assigned seats.  Kind of hard to maintain social distancing if people are moving around.

Amen. Some of us expect more, and not attending is the only way we get the change we need. Covid or not, I don't believe you see more than 10k actually in the stadium this season outside of the boise and pitt game, too many tired of Doc and his amazing accomolishment of only 1 title in a decade in cusa 3.0
