    It was definitely a great day not to be wearing one of those putrid, gimmicky uniforms.

    Ours was the first game and ESPN as usual gave Marshall, and Huntington a lot of props. ESPN showed The Memorial Student Center Fountain, Harris Riverfront Park, and Pullman Square looked great!

    My friends in both California, and Oregon where watching the game and they both said, Huntington, and Marshall looked great..

  • It was good quality but I hate limiting ourselves to the 85 million homes who have ESPN. We could have been on FB with the potential to reach billions of people  ;D ::)

  • I’ve always said winning isn’t enough. You have to be seen doing it to matter, and today couldn’t have gone any better for Marshall. Awesome uniforms, ESPN, fans in the stands, and maybe a star QB has arrived. This one day has done more for Marshall than anything over the last 5 years for sure. At the end of the day ESPN matters, but everyone needs to realize that next year it’s right back to Facebook for us and CUSA. Maybe in 2 years we can renegotiate and get back to them somehow.

  • The announcers were gushing over Wells.  Even called him Heismann candidate Wells.  I was like oooo someone has a crush, lol.  He earned it today for sure, though.
