  • I respect the hell out of her life and career. We don’t have to agree for me to say she was a legend and will be missed.

  • The woman was brilliant, period.  If you've ever read her judgments and her dissents it is obvious the woman was an intellectual giant, as anyone who sits on the Court is.  I don't agree with the way that she often wore her heart on her sleeve, but she left some big shoes to fill.

  • My personal favorite would be Don Willett, but unfortunately and wrongly this has become a "woman's" spot on the Court.  There should not be a woman spot, a spot for a certain race or a certain religion, you are looking for the best legal and Constitutional mind regardless of who their parent's are or what kind of chromosomes they have.  But there is that perception, and so it will probably be Amy Barrett.

  • The left is nuts . After reading up on the many Ds saying they plan on expanding and packing the Supreme Court when Biden wins , I now hope Trump decides to add to the court when he wins. Im ok with nine but if the Ds plan on doing it, I hope he does since the Rs have control of the Senate .

I saw Chuck and Nancy kinda poking the fires. I’m also seeing the middle of the road Democrats really mad at them for being too far left and not agreeing with their party. They are worried about not getting elected because the middle voters won’t vote for them.

Might be the best candidate, but people can’t feed to Chuck and Nancy. Really sad honestly.

You know a skyscraper has to be built to sway just a bit with the wind or a strong gust could make it collapse.

That is the way the Court pretty always was until about ten years ago.  Now we are building a Court to be a super-legislature rather than a group of learned people who can disagree slightly 99% of the time on interpretation of law and the Constitution.

If anybody of either party tries to pack the court by adding justices look out, they're coming for all of us.

"It has always been the fate of republics hitherto to be destroyed by faction. Party-spirit has overpowered patriotism. It has been, therefore, feared by many of the best and wisest men that we should encounter the same peril and succumb to the same fate."  Harper's Weekly, November 12, 1864.

  • The court will only get more political with Schumer coming out and saying they will pack the court when they have a democrat president and senate. Pretty sure RBG was really against that but gotta keep the base from rioting to much.
