  • I know that several want to see Marshall play Coastal in a bowl game. If Coastal loses the Sun Belt Championship game this Saturday, to Louisiana, does that loss make CCU less desirable for a bowl match up? I think it does. If the thought for this season is that the CUSA and Sun Belt Champs should play each other, then MU and Louisiana should meet in a bowl game.

  • I believe it was in the different thread but someone posted a link to a news story where it explained how the majority of the contractual bowl game obligations were being tossed out for this season.

    Yes.  People keep harping on it and it’s a non-issue.  Also, the creation of the “pool” slots gives tons of flexibility.
