  • I still don't think he would sell or has sold his farm. That place has been in their family for years. He has a son and other family members that likely would want to keep it. That said, it doesn't mean he is or isn't retiring based on what happened with that farm. I just have a suspicion that we'll see him on the sidelines in 2021. I gotta a feeling Cramsey will be here as well.

    From people who live in that area they say the farm was sold.

  • I hope I’m wrong but I don’t trust Hamrick. Doc will be back or he will just promote Lambert. Or he will go out and get us a version of Herrion for football. Hamrick’s record is not good picking coaches anywhere he has been.

  • If - and I mean a big "IF" - Mike decides to keep Doc for another year or two - he needs to make a non-negotiable part of Doc's contract is that he has to replace a certain number of assistant coaches.  There are assistants that have either gotten lazy in their coaching and recruiting - or, never had "it" to begin with.

    But, I agree with most of you - if Doc goes - please, please don't promote from within.
