His problem was he developed the depth chart 1st string at a time.  He was to slow at developing overall team. His biggest flaw I saw.

The one game Fancher got in and was allowed to pass he threw two turf balls.  There is no one groomed to be behind the guy we use.  We haven't had a decent back up since Froh.  We haven't had a dynamic QB since Cato.  Got caught with our pants down on this one.  I don't think Huff will let that happen again, even if it means finding an OC that will develop depth at the most important position on the field.  Cramsey is the only coach with continuity and he damn well knew what he had in line behind Wells.  I guess he crossed his fingers that nothing would go wrong.  Zban had been in enough times this year without crapping his pants, too, though, and I agree he should have been more composed.
