I would rather have 5500 packed than 5800 scattered all over the arena. Let the demand dictate removing the tarps. These fair weather fans need to start coming to games more regular and drive demand. When they can start filling up a section regularly of 600-700 then open up a section. Otherwise keep the tarps on.

Keep the tarps on, pack the crowd, and make sure all the communicable diseases in the crowd spread faster. And fans couldn't go to the games the season after Covid hit in 2020-21 unless they had purchased season tickets. Sounds like a one-way street.
