.....kind lil word of advice ... if we want to see Micah after his Sophomore season, we better start padding his NIL account !

also, for a college crowd that is so knowledgeable about the game of basketball ... we dont know the rules as well as we think ! In the over and back rule , there are 3 points of emphasis, BOTH FEET and THE BASKETBALL ! all 3 MUST be on one side of the mid court line to establish whether the player is in the back court or front court ! TECHNICALLY, the player could have BOTH his feet in the front court and dribble from one side of the court to the other with the basketball in the BACK COURT, put both his feet back across the line into the BACK COURT and NOT commit an over and back violation !

He does love it here and so does his parents. Same with Conner and his parents. But I think you will have to offer something. I don't think it will take near what a bigger school might offer to keep them but they will expect something. The thing we have going for is is they love the coaching staff, style of play and their teammates. You add in a decent NIL package and imo we are in very good shape.

He's at the right place in the right system.  There's a reason he was missed by many, those schools with lane clogging offenses and parking their 5 on the block to post up weren't interested and he wouldn't have had as much success at those places.  I think he would have had a tough time defending those type of bigs as a freshman.

He is better than our staff thought and the sky is the limit.  He's at perfect place to have early success while growing as a player.  I think we all agree his future in this system is bright.  Love him now but he will be a beast in future.
