Seems all the early predictions I have seen puts us at 6-7 wins this season.

From my point of view 6 wins would be disastrous.  7 wins would be below expectations.

Again, Marshall will be good enough to win enough to have a good season - Alabama, Old Dominion, and Arkansas State should provide a nice home base of three wins to build off of - but there are a whole bunch of 50/50 games to worry about.

Damn, not only do we get the Crimson Tide at home, they think it's gonna be one of our gimme wins.

For some reason, I think this team can be one of those Special teams we remember for a long time. Commoradare is the key to this group; 20 or so portal players and freshman, integrating into a very strong returning and dedicated group of players will be a challenge.  But great coaches coach teams with integrating many new players every year. Do we have the staff to pull this off?  If we do, we can be good for a long time to come.

IMHO, we need another Million for football program employee compensation; we need to keep these guys.

You have to admit Doc had a much easier schedule. Not even close!!! A 8 win season this year would be as good as a Doc 10-11 win season. Doc played start ups coming into CUSA. There are no gimmies this year except Albany.

Huff has one of the best places to have a consistent winning record year in year out to build a resume! He has done nothing but win and what a jump from 2021 and could have been better if not for Qb troubles. He needs Francher to step it up or one of the Rookies like Pennington to breakout from the shadow of his Dad.

MU Fball gets the lions share of the resources and help.  Coaching staff is huge.  Coach Huff is a good coach.

8-4. Maybe better. Depends on QB and OL  play. NCST, CCU, USA, VATECH, and ECU/APP will be tough games. I think we beat ECU and Va Tech. We'll see. Win a bowl game as well.
