What a deal for Hunter Biden that was rejected by the judge. It appears that the prosecutors and the DOJ were trying to give Hunter a special deal that no American had ever received in history. One would have to think that Hunter was getting special treatment.

Again from NYT's Glenn Thrush reporting from the courtroom.  From the start, the judge seemed highly skeptical of the unusual deal ? which offered Hunter Biden broad immunity from prosecution in perpetuity, questioning why it had been filed under a provision that gave her no legal authority to reject it. When she asked Leo Wise, a prosecutor, if there was any precedent for the kind of deal being proposed, he replied, ?No, your honor.?

Well it appears that Biden's lawyers tried to pull a fast one on the court. Not too bright of the Biden lawyer pissing off the judge. As my good friend DShoe use to say "you can't make this stuff up".

Hunter Biden's legal team faced scrutiny on Tuesday from a Delaware U.S. District Judge set to decide on his plea deal over an alleged trick to prevent the inclusion of an amicus brief from the House Ways and Means Committee in the court record.

Delaware U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika gave the first son's attorneys until 9 p.m. EST to "show cause as to why sanctions should not be considered for misrepresentations to the Court," the New York Post reported.
