  • This 100% accurate.  North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Montana State would all kick out butts.

Out of 118 games in 2023, the FCS won 4 of those vs fbs teams. We are a very very bad FBS team, but we probably still win vs any fcs. Of course it can happen, it's just not likely.

But yes, Albany would be 0-12. ECU would be their best chance at a win in our schedule and they win their fcs game.

Guess you don't think our 96 team could have beaten Kent State

We are talking about uour program, not other programs,  we would lose to Albany the past 4 weeks.  Plain and simple, the team has regressed drastically the past few weeks. Heck, we should have lost to them when we were playing "good".

  • I like the early schedule this season. Plays well with a young team. Reasonable opportunity to play and grow as a team. We will know where this team stands after each game. UK will be a booger though. I hope we all recognize that lol.

    What we know after Queens
I thought this thread was about basketball?
Does Queens have a football program?
I know everyone is pi$$ed about football but good grief there's enough threads about it without jamming in on bball threads.

You're talking to the wrong person dude. Direct this comment to flattire who brought up football. I am simply responding.

.stop with the red herring nonsense. A few win games every year, a low percentage. That would include a team like our 96 team winning one of those games, potentially. But there is no way to know for sure.

  • I would also like to point out the recruiting mix of our top 8 from last night. Of course, it is one game and we have a long season ahead...but it is a very balanced approach that may just work out.  It doesn't have to be all or nothing.  Exactly half of the contributors are portal transfers and that is supposedly something that DD doesn't do.

Voyles - Portal transfer - 1 yr to play
Fricks - brought in as a true freshman.
Conner - brought in as a true freshman.
Crawford - Portal transfer with multiple years to play (3?)
Curfman - Portal transfer with multiple years to play (2?)
    Nutter - true freshman
OAK - brought in as a true freshman
Martin - Portal transfer with multiple years to play (2?)

Maybe, just maybe, thunderingon, it may very well be that here in Year TEN, Coach D'Antoni finally "GETS IT"!!
