If no one saw the video from Southern Miss, it showed a private jet leaving Hattiesburg and the AD or whomever he was saying, "Let's go get our guy."  Upon landing at Tri-State's General Aviation Terminal, it showed an American Airlines jet in the background.  Once aboard, Huffy was expounding his BS upon the naive and uninformed.

At the news conference down there. Jessica was nodding upon his every word.  At the end, it is my understanding that they presented her with a 24-Karot gold shopping cart so that she could break line and jump ahead of every one waiting to check out at the Piggly-Wiggly...

I watched some of their press conferences and the AD said they met in Morehead. I thought that was funny like they were trying to be sneaky about it with all the posts about flight logs.

I agree.  I reached out to Smith and Spears and received an email back that parrot the generic statement that was sent out.  I asked very specific questions about who made the decision not to play?  Was it the players, we didn't have enough coaches, we had position groups that didn't even meet the minimum to play the game???

Florida State got smeared in a bowl last year because of opt outs and if we would have lost to Army, it would have been OK and way better that opting out.  Our famous call is that we fought back from the worst possible tragedy to field a team and now we opt out because of a coaching change.

Need the question asnwered.

AD & Admin fell asleep 😴 ..... they didn?t expect Huff to win the SBC.  They thought it would be easy and justified to not renew him.  MU miscalculated all of this badly.  Admin is still probably looking for The Herd tailgate at the soccer national champ. 😝

Have you guys ever worked someplace where you had that one guy, the one who thinks he?s the smartest, most important, person to ever grace the company?  His numbers are good but he talks crap about everybody else, bad mouths the boss to everyone, doesn?t want to do the daily stuff because it?s beneath him.  Thinks he deserves to be treated differently?

When I was just starting out I work in a very large national corporation. One of the guys I worked with was the biggest jerk in the world, but he produced such great numbers he was tolerated by management. He was eventually made head of a company the corporation owned and was successful. Some leaders just look at the bottom line.  Now if you worked in a small company it might be a different story; the conflict might too much. 

Anyway, I would imagine you are judging Huff on hearsay/rumors, unless you worked directly with him? His staff and his players seem to really like Huff so can't be too poisonous?

Anyway he is gone and Spears and Smith will have to live with their decision. We can only hope that Gibson can win a SBC Championship in four years.
