Topic: Sold a condo to Byron Leftwich's neighbor!

Just sold a condo in the DC area to a client...the condo is right next door Byron Leftwich's unit that he recently purchased...Easily $1.5 million or more of his unit....all the units iin this building are outrageous....private secure underground parking...private elevators from the parking garage that open up straight into your living room.... Looks like Byron is living large!

I found out that Byron's Realtor is Joe Theisman's grandson....I guess the NFL crowd has a pretty tight network.

Anyway, I tried to talk the builder into giving me a peek at Byron's since its still vacant and he hasnt moved anything in to it yet.....but there was no way he was letting me in....oh well...pretty cool story though...
