Thats impressive!  I didnt know that he was wanted as the DC at LSU.  But, it didnt sound like a joke by Holtz to me.  I didnt get the punch line i guess.

Holtz said the same thing last year when we played.  He would have fired Snyder after 2 seasons as a DC.  Snyder would have been toast at LSU.  The worst defense OSU has had in the last 5 years or more was the year Snyder held the reigns as DC.  Stan Hill and a true freshman rb lit his defense up.  He had no answer for stopping the Herd that day.  Snyder is no good.

It was the ESPN Marshall vs. UCF game.  One of the many games we should have won.

Snyder's first year as our head coach, visiting the Cincy MU club Snyder basically said that he didn't even prepare his team to play MU.  He said he worked with the Offensive Coordinator during the week to see if the OC felt he could outscore MU. The OC said absolutely, so basically Snyder worked on the upciming game with his team.
Snyder said that during the game itself he kept asking the OC if he was sure he coudl out score us, the answer remained yes.

Finally, with no time left, they did.

Was Snyder relieved, of course.  Did he prepare to stop our offense; of course not.

Sorry to put this out there, but we need to get over the fact we almost beat them.  And I bet this is the exact same thing that happend to Michigan and Appy State this year.
