crazy, crazy "off-season". i predicted it a while back (as did a lot of people) and it was one of the reasons we needed to keep snyder this year. we don't have the money to compete with a lot of the job openings, more openings = more competition for the talented coaches out there.

The problem with us firing is the same, there will be lots of openings and OC's will likely sit a while to see what is available and not really jump at marshall OC openeing.
