Depends on how you look at it--frankly it once appears the good old boy network is alive and well. I also think it may be a way to pull St. Marys more into the loop via the Med Complex since MU and Cabell have had a great partnership. But one thing is for sure he ain't no Ketchum! And that could be bad.
