  • But it may be further than it was. Cann has a LOT of work to do before he is even a decent QB. I noticed in the ILL ST game how he threw some passes way high and they wobbled like a punt. I thought, oh well, it's the first game. But he is the most inconsistant (accurate) passer i've seen at Marshall in a long time. It seems when he goes against a good team he has no accuracy at all. And can he ever look a for someone besides the primary reciever? Another thing i noticed....We look very SLOW against a good team. Our team speed id not nearly as good as we thought it is. We looked like we were playing in quicksand compared to WV. The ONLY bright spot i saw was DM returning kick-offs.

  • And another thing. We beat a horrible 1AA team. Lost HUGE to Wisconsin. Beat a mediocre at best Memphis team at home by ONE. And beat a down S MISS team that almost lost to Ark St. And now get waxed by WV. Cincinnati's D may be better and faster than WV. I don't see us scoring over 14 even playing at home in that game.
