  • The Herd Ladies handily won their matchup today vs. Toledo.  They are now in first place, and have won 6 games in a row.  Congratulations on a job well done.

p.s. Please study, and get ready, and beat Kent this Wednesday.  You owe it to yourselves, and they deserve it.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!

  • You would think with an accounting degree I should be able to get it, but math just never was my thing.

Thank's for calling my attention to the error!

Our Women's teams make us proud.  They are doing a great job, deserve greater support from us all.  Big time programs will settle for nothing less, and friends we are on the verge of going big time.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!

  • The big win against Toledo was Royce Chadwick's 450th career victory.
The women came at the Rockets in waves on offense and had a 40 minute complete defensive gem.  Constant pressure and jamming their point guard kept them out of their offensive sets.

It's pay back time in Henderson on Wednesday when Kent State come in for another big game that starts at 7 PM.

Those 10 years have been marvelous.

  • Thanks, HerdHead that's the spirit.  I'll bet a couple young ladies at your nearest middle school would love to have those tickets.  This is the "Herd Spirit" in action.

Don't forget fans, the MU Basketball team is in 1st place, and play tommorrow Feb. 2 at the Cam.  Support them; they are making the University proud.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!

  • The Thundering Herd Ladies are kick'in some butt.  They just won their 7th game in a row over KSU tonight at the Cam.  This gives them a full 1 game lead in the first place east division race.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!

  • The game against Kent State was a great one.....The Herd was running on all cylinders from time to time and was able to withstand KSU's surge.

The crowd was loud and Henderson was rockin'......Yes, they were playing in Henderson Center, not the football stadium (The Joan).   :D

  • The lady Thunderingherd won their 8th game in a row today, by disposing of Miami, OH at their house rather handily.  The Herd is in 1st place, east division, and have become a handful for MAC opponents.  Their next opponent will be at Ohio U. (the convocation center).  Let's not forget to root the HERD home.  MU 76  M/OH 63..

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!
