I think Fox is much better positioned to compete and actually blow away ESPN right now.  They have the best NFL coverage in my opinion and something like 20 regional channels already on all the satellites out there.  I think a Fox and CSTV marriage could be bad news for ESPN and that would be nothing but good for all the conferences without ACC in their names...
