Sixteen days into the diet, Sayer says he's lost 13 pounds - he's down to 222 pounds from his 235 - and his blood pressure has dropped to 134/73 from 136/88.

  • Wolf, I have a friend down the street from me who is from N.J.. He just had open heart surgery.  His doctor has asked him to lose weight, and get more excerise.  I showed him your post, and he is going to try to build himself up until he can try this out.  Thank's for the post.  It gave my neighbor, and his wife a goal to shoot for.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!
