Canty ineligible?

  • Heard he was have clearinghouse issues. Someone said Hamrick told them they hoped to have it cleared up by the first game. But who knows? If he can't play we are in trouble. Martin is OK, but not good enough. And there is no other TRUE PG on the team. Oh well, just have to wait and see.

  • Dont think he'd be playing tonite if he was having Ch "issues". I am almost certain I saw him interviewed by Morehouse on SAZ this evening and he was in uni and in the shoot-around.

  • he may have been interviewed but he didn't play tonight...there were 6 guys who didn't dress or play. tinnon was the only one whom i'm assuming will start played tonight. i agree about martin, while he's worlds better than he was last year i don't believe he is the best option at point guard. even though when martin was in the game the kids seemed to play much more calm and relaxed than when he wasn't. i was somewhat worried also by the lack of communication as well. i'm sure that it will be corrected, but still it was enough to bother me.
