HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - For the first time in three seasons, a ranked opponent will play at the Cam Henderson Center as No. 22 Memphis comes to town for an 8 p.m. game on Saturday.

Both teams are coming off home wins as the Tigers (23-3, 10-0 Conference USA) recorded its 15th straight victory on Wednesday, second in the NCAA only to Akron's 16, an 83-71 win over UCF. The Thundering Herd (11-14, 4-6 C-USA) won on Wednesday as well, 71-70 against Rice.

March 2, 2010 was the last time a ranked team played in Huntington. The Herd lost to No. 21 UTEP, 80-76. The Tigers, with all of their success over the years, have not been ranked while playing at the Cam Henderson center since 2008 when they were No. 2 in the country.

Elijah Pittman leads the Herd in scoring with 15.4 points per game, the eighth best mark in the conference. In Marshall's 10 C-USA games, Pittman has been even better, averaging 16.8 points, second only to East Carolina's Maurice Kemp (18.7).
