The Big Ten is adding the Holiday Bowl and the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl to its future postseason lineup and will face Pac-12 teams in both games, sources have told ESPN.com.

Is this any surprise to anyone? The B5 leagues will add bowls and take a vast majority of the media rights and money.
Can't see the new league TV package being close to what we have now.

May be several 5-7 W/L teams going to bowls in the coming years.  Now that would be exciting watching a team with a losing record play in a bowl.  No wonder attendance for bowls has fallen for 4-5 straight years.
