  • Watching them play the FUC's and they said the coach of FIU said they are starting off in C-USA and only plan on staying about 4 years before moving on to bigger and better things.   And were stuck here....

  • during the OU-UL telecast they put a box up with schools having the most Florida players with UL at the top. I went straight to my roster and counted and we had more than the other three and almost as many as the Cards. This is why FIU is going nowhere if you get my drift. They might get the fifteenth best player at a pos if they are lucky. Even Fla only has so many to go around and FIU is way down the pecking order...jmo.

  • You're right...We will win 2/3 of the next conference championships and FIU will jump us to the ACC.  Sux.

  • Is it just me or does FIU's helmet logo look more like a manatee than a panther from a distance?

I dunno maybe I need to back off the northern californ...

I hate to say this but I love their attitude. Their the Johnny Manziel of CUSA if they feel they are moving up in 4 years.

George OLeary has the worst case of whiskey nose in CUSA...then again his last name is OLeary. Maybe it's tme for him to polish up his resume!

I was being seriously sarcastic...Should have used an emoticon.  Suppose it did look like I was serious.  Sorry, everyone.

  • I think there's a serious chance that if we would stay united and focused we could surpass the AAC in three to five years. It would require a focus on sports, academics and the strength to stay together. Wouldn't bet on it.

  • visoin; building a foundation and sculpting on it.  Got to give them credit.  This is the verbal and performance path Holland took at ECU; and it worked.

While I am not sure they succeed, it will be much more motivational for their fans than our "how great thou art" campaign for C-USA has been.

I doubt MLK's speech would have helped change a world if he'd said "I have a vision of staying where we are and making the best of it".  Just saying...
