  • How many times have you Pruett haters told me "Pruetts not the coach now"? All of a sudden he's "they guy" now. You guys make sure the next time you see him that you tell him what you've said about him on this board. I can hear your nads hit the floor.

Yo extra... I've met Bobby a  number of times at Alumni functions. He's a class act and a genuine good person and so is his wife, Ellie. He's done more to support Marshall since leaving as a coach than you will ever accomplish.

You on the other hand are ............ (censored) .... pitiful?

Wait a minute......I thought he is the reason we did so pitiful in snyders 5 years. Something change? By the way, he's done more than everybody on this board combined for Marshall.

  • Very small letters - tiny even -- "extra" (not),

I've been a Big Green member and alumni supporter for over 25 years. I was active and spent lot's of time, money and effort in Cincinnatti organizing and helping a great group of people getting money back to Mother Marshall (alma mater).

Have tried to do the same in Florida despite the woeful football and BB teams in the last 7 years or more.

I'll stack my credentials with your sorry efforts to discredit the time and effort the players and coaches have put in for this season and this opportunity on Friday.

Coach Pruett said it best dude, Show up or Shut up!!!

I'll repeat. What you've done pales to what BP has done. No comparison. Different game.

  • I disagree. MT is better then Memphis. North Texas or UTSA is better then SMU or Houston. Not certain they couldn't give Texas a run for the buttermilk. As long as Petrino is at WKU they will be as formidable as any Tulane or UTEP. I just don't think the conference is going in any direction but up and tougher. UNCC. And ODU will take care of business in there own good time, but will field a very competitive program in the future.

Houston smacked utsa this year, and north texas or utsa don't hold smu or houstons jock in terms of history and accomplishments. Petrino wwill be at wku for one good year, uncc and odu are awful programs and only add value in basketball, which we needed after losing our bell cow in memphis. Losing ecu and tulsa really hurt, along with ucf last year. This conference is undeniably weaker next year an d to say it isn't is unfathomable to me. You have seen the records and facts I posted, ill let them speak for themselves. I will agree and assert that basketball is better from top to bottom and shhould be a multi bid league most years going forward.

  • Yesterday, Doc took a big step in proving his coaching & leadership ability.  Get that raise & contract extension ready to sign after we win the C-USA championship game against the West opponent. Do that and I'm confident that Doc can now have the team ready & prepared to win the Liberty Bowl.

  • I'm not worried about Doc leaving. I think he has found a home close to home.

He will be here for awhile.

  • The ranking of the 11 worst cities to live in just came out in the last two weeks. This year the absolute worst city in America to live in is Charleston, WV.. Hate to say this, but it replaced Huntington, WV/Ashland,Ky/Ohio who held the distinction for the two previous years.
We have a person who loves WV, and deserves a raise given a CUSA championship.

That should change if Doc gets a new contract.
