  • I dont get the complaining.  Every single one of you will be at the game no matter what time it is.  You complain when we arent on tv then complain when we are.

  • Are you that dense to not understand why people prefer tailgating all day for a 7pm kickoff, over 2 or 3 hours for a noon game?

Obviously you can tailgate for a noon game, it's just not as fun or as long.

  • Noon games also never have good attendance. Ohio at 7pm would probably have 33K, at noon probably 27K.

I think C-USA usually announces a second wave of TV games most years, Ed. We'll probably have more added in the coming weeks. Miami and Akron will be on an ESPN platform as well.

Yup, they have up until 12 days before a game for tv to pick it up.

No Im not dense at all I just dont get the complaining.  I prefer tailgaiting all day as well but to complain about a noon game is stupid.

I am guessing we will have 11 out of 12 on TV. I bet Miami and Akron will be on ESPN3 at worst. I haven't seen any MAC TV games released.  FIU, USM and UAB are later games...at least USM and UAB are. If we are rolling along undefeated, the conference will find a way to get us on TV to showcase us.  It is a no brainer for them to fill is on spots determined by the late adds. Other conferences does this as well.

CSS has gone away or will be going this summer so that outlet is gone. Maybe CUSA is working on another channel for some additional distribution like CSS.  Hopefully that channel will be available on satellite and cable.

I hate the noon Ohio game but we have to give in for money. At least no current weeknight games and only non Saturday is Black Friday.

Doc Holiday joins Gary Cooper and walks the walk to the Joan while the train whistles blows.

This ends the Ohio Gang run and settles some scores.........
