  • Cliff's notes for at least a large part of the thread above, in case anyone is short on time...

    You're biased!

    No, you are!

    No, you are!

    No, you are!

    ...etc., ad infinitum...

  • I like dshoe but he is blinded on this one...ESPN is always demeaning MU or not showing highlights or ignoring us...we beat Maryland and killed ECU, only trailed for about a minute all season and are winning games by 30...give this team props...ECU has beaten cap teams....ESPN clearly has bias...

I understand why people would be pissed at them, but no one says anything about the blatant lack of coverage we get from Fox1. I mean CUSA is the only league that cast our total lot with them and we still get no mention and relegated to second fiddle behind the Pac12 and B12. That computer streaming is top notch exposure I tell ya.

As Ohio said, just win baby and it will all work out.

  • and mark my words...those kids in Ga and S Fla etc don't need ESPN to explain to them Cato's record, Bradshaw scoring TDs in the league or undefeated Marshall. And I figure Doc will prove it again come signing day. That's what gets me rigid.

  • Unfortunately, if Louisville would have been on schedule..it still would not have been good enough.

We  need an 0 for 1 with a perinnial power every year (like Ohio State, Notre Dame, USC, Oregon, FSU, Auburn, i.e) and a 1 for 1 with the likes of Cincy, Pitt, Louisville, Purdue, etc....

Playing one mid tier team a year isn't enough to get where we need to be.

((saying this I do realize that when the schedules were made we couldn't beat ourselves out of a wet paper bag))..but still...from now on lets play someone!!!!
