  • I have been a season ticket holder for the past 10 years and to this day I have probably only understood about 10% of what Mike Kirtner says over the PA.  I think a lot has to do with where the speakers are located.  I sit in the upstairs chairback seats and the speakers are pointed down toward those seated downstairs.  There are also speakers located above me in the bleachers.  I hope that we never have an emergency.  Does anyone else have this problem?

  • Yes, I can attest to the same thing occuring.  We may not be sitting too far from one another, but the pa seems to be geared to the lower sections of the stadium.  On the otherhand, WE ARE MARSHALL etc., is much louder down low, so it has something to do with the way the stadium is configured.  Hot air goes up, but not up to us, and our seats, as far as I am conerned are the best place to set.  I would like to see the pa announcer go big time in his capacity.  It would really help out the entire football experience.

    GO THUNDERINGHERD!

  • If attendance continues to trend the way it is now, within a few  years all we will need is a Mr. Microphone.
