Topic: Question marks replacing apostrophes

It's been noticed we are having a problem where apostrophe's ( ' ) are being replaced with question mark's ( ? ).  I made the change below disabling smart punctuation on my iphone and it seems to have resolved...i also had the same issue sending emails via my gmail account and that has been resolved as well. 


Go to Settings > General > Keyboard, and toggle off ?Smart Punctuation.?
