Arkansas State to replace TN State

  • I think Arkansas State is in the Sun Belt.  If so, that's an "upgrade" in our OOC schedule as Tenn. State is in the OVC.  Good pick up in a last minute scheduling by MU officials.

    Just fortunate that ASU was set to play this week at Ole Miss MTE. That one shut down due to Ole Miss covid

    Yea I think they were something like 17-16 last year and have top 2 scorers back. Should be a very solid team.

  • Just an example of how COVID is affecting college basketball from the get go.  According to the Weds H-D Media papers, Arkansas State will play both MU and then Coppin State on Thanksgiving Day.  Duke was suppose to play in one of those big tournaments to start the season but they are no longer in it.  So they will open their season on Saturday against, . . . . can you guess, Coppin State.  Herd fans can get an season "comparison", for what its worth!!
