SBNation's "Underdog Dynasty" is predicting that each C-USA will have at least one sellout as the season progresses.  I don't see that happening at Marshall, and certainly not at UAB, unless Alabama or Auburn is being substituted for one of UAB's remaining games, since Legion Field seats 70,000 plus, but maybe each of the other C-USA teams will have that to happen.  Here is what "Underdog Dynasty" says, "Attendance is an issue throughout college football across all levels...Seven C-USA teams have had a paid attendance mark of over 25,000 people through four weeks of play, with the latest being the 27,932 attendance at Legion Field for Saturday’s game....However, when looking at the schedule for the rest of the season, there’s reason to believe every team in Conference USA will have a sellout on their schedule and FIU should draw north of 35,000 for the second consecutive year with their November contest against crosstown rival Miami at Marlins Park."

I was just in Birmingham a couple weeks ago and you wouldn’t even know UAB existed if you didn’t follow football hard. Probably also doesn’t help that almost as soon as your out of town on 20 you start seeing Bama game day parking directions.

Does Miami even draw 35k anymore? What about UTSA in the dome. Or the Sun Bowl for UTEP. Someone go get their man. He’s had too much to drink.

Absolutely. MTSU, WKU, UNT, UAB UTEP etc. None of those stadiums will be full along with Joan Edwards Stadium sadly
