This makes zero sense.  The ruling has literally nothing to do with sports.  There is no end game.  The law evolves.

Our Supreme Court redefined sex to include sexual orientation and gender. The last part is what could easily eviscerate women’s sports.

There is a lawsuit now on the state of Connecticut by many female high school athletes against the state athletic association and two natural born males who claim to be female;  and were allowed to run track against the girls. The two dudettes won a total of 21 state titles between them last year. Ridiculous!
