Is this true?? If so... dumb. I'm sure businesses around the stadium will do the same. But I bet local restaurants will be packed. lol... so dumb. Same damn thing

The athletic department statement said tailgating was banned per state rules. The question is will the state bother to enforce this on private lots?

I agree that tailgating outside (unless we're talking about like 30 people gathered around the same beer pong table, lol) is a lot safer than being in pretty much any indoor restaurant.

I am one of the biggest freedom guys but I do understand the tailgating issue, we have seen on campuses across the nation these parties/gatherings have led to spread more then anything.  The difference is in a restaurant they can spread tables out and control the size of the gathering.

I am just glad as of about a week out we may still see the Herd play.

Well we hear from some about how deadly this virus is and how contagious it is (although we are about 54 million from the swine flu). So if it’s that bad there should not be tailgating. Wouldn’t that be crazy?

From a friend who works with Health department... They will not be policing or enforcing tailgate rules. Neither will cops. So will be up to businesses to allow it I guess.
