If we struggle in this game, it's only because the team is following Doctor's Orders.

In the top 35 in both major polls, and ranked in the Top Five in all of G5!  Not too shabby if you ask me; especially
considering we have more OPEN DATES (3) than games played (2)!!  Could we realistically expect more?

As for our next two games, we should beat WKU if we play our game with few or no mistakes.  Need another strong game from our D.  I'm more concerned with the game down in Louisiana with Tech.  They have some talent, a fast and talented receiver named "Smoke" something or other who burned BYU on a short screen out in the flat that he turned into a 60 yard or so TD!!  Tech played the Cougars tough for a quarter, but don't let that deceive you.  BYU is loaded, IMO, with a young QB who has a strong and accurate arm, and a defense with a big strong line, solid linebackers, and fast and talented D backs.  BYU could be the best of all G5 teams this season, especially after Central Florida fell AT HOME to Tulsa yesterday.

Back to LA Tech, I hope Doc and staff have tape of their game with BYU and review it thoroughly when the time comes.  One KEY fact that announcers noted is that SKIP Holtz's team has 10 New starters on D this season.  Hopefully, offensively we can exploit that fact, get our running game going, and create some positives allowing Wells to be effective in our air game!

There is no way we should lose this game. WKU is horrible. Mtsu is horrible. This whole league is a dumpster fire. This is the first year that every team is just horrible. CUSA is like a race to the bottom. This league is a lock to win this year and not even close.

Heck the sixth, ninth, sixteenth,12th and a couple of other ranked team has a 0-0 record.  Shouldn't they expect less?

It was like that last year, too. Somehow, Doc managed to beat FAU and LA Tech but then lost to Charlotte and MTSU, neither of which were even in the top 100.
