Yup ........ coaches never challenged him with scheme.  Kept it the same with no changes and others teams caught on to it and Marshall has no counters.  I said right after week 1 for Wells to take next step he would have to be challenged by his coaches and he has not been.  Offense has regressed due to coaching.  The HC signs off on EVERYTHING!!!!  This is a result of failing to challenge collegiate players that are a step ahead of their coaches.  This is a coaching issue at Marshall right now in my opinion.  It's been this way since Bob Pruett walked out the door.  And the recruiting at Marshall is not good and has not been since Pruett left.  Snyder was a better recruiter than Doc Holliday for Marshall.
