Topic: All I want is an honest answer .....

..... this was Cramsey's 3rd season as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback coach. he came here with a wide open style of offense, WHAT HAPPENED ? Does Doc still have final say so over the offense and defense or did he really put his job into Cramsey's hands and give him full reigns on play calling ? The last 3 years really have been no different than the Legg years of offense. Some questions to ponder:
1. has our offense as a whole improved under Cramsey or let alone under Doc ?
2. have there really been any changes in the offensive play calling script ? from where I sit, the gentleman that sits to my left ... my self ... and the gentleman that sits to my right can predict 85-90% of the plays that are going to be executed ..... R-P-R-Punt ... its just so dry and predictable !
3. have we really ... in Doc's 11 seasons ... developed a quarterback ? dont lay the crap on about Cato ... if Byron or Chad would have played under that offensive scheme and the opponents we played they both would have passed for 5,000 yards a season !
4. has there really been a "TEAM" concept under Doc or is it still an "I" first mentallity ? Im sick and tired of seeing our recruiting budget being blown in the state of Florida ... and all we get are 3 star thugs ( T H U G S ) that bring baggage to Huntington and are gone after 1 to 2 years .... there are 49 other states to recruit from.

sorry for the length but as a lifelong HERD fan, why are our hopes built up every year ONLY to be dashed at the worst possible time ?

I think we may see an OC change to try and fool the fans another year or two. Hamrick will tell us what a offensive mind we have coming in and the football team is primed to have a huge season next year. They just keep buying years. Either Cramsey never was any good or Doc puts a clamp on the OC’s.

Final say over all things football is in Docs hands.  I'm sure he's told Cramsey the kind of offense he wants us to run, and Cramsey has to follow the lead of his boss.  I'm not 100% sure that Cramsey is that good, but I do know 100% sure that Doc sucks.  It really doesn't matter who we have as OC, as long as Doc is the HC nothing is really going to change.  You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig....and that's all we are as long as Doc is our coach.
