Without the tens of millions of dollars the P5 routinely gets, its going to be difficult to keep the Joan in top shape.  The playing surface and facilities building are as good as any G5 school, and a whole lot of P5s, but the stadium itself - seats, concourse, rest rooms, concessions - are bordering on awful.  Sad part is that we'd need $20million to bring it up to where we all want it to be.

Yeah, a little harsh.  I would be happy with upgrades to the bathrooms.  Gut them and redo.  Then maybe expand the walking areas by moving the fence/gates out a bit.  It's a crowded mess out there when there's only 25K in attendance.  The few cases of sell-outs or near sell-outs, you just can't move.
