Topic: Kudo's to our ticketing office

Well, had a scare that I'd lost my download of electronic tickets today. Sent a note to the ticket office hoping to get some help on Monday.  Next thing I know i get a message from Cole  Woodrum asking how he can help.  I was blown away.

This isn't the first great surprise I've had since Cole has been in this role.  I'm feeling we're luck to have him leading this ticketing effort and team

Maybe O'Malley is putting more emphasis on being fan friendly, on customer service, etc., as one means of trying to ramp up fan support, ticket sales, etc.  If so, then kudos to him and the personnel on his staff, including in the ticket office!!

Cole has helped me out a couple times in the past.  Very impressive customer service.

Not surprised he found a way to help you out.

I have found them to be very responsive twice this year. Refreshing indeed.

They need to be as customer friendly as possible. A good way to keep existing fans and hopefully bring in a few more to the fold

The ticket office was extremely helpful to me a week or so ago.  I was very pleasantly surprised.

The ticketing office has been great with me.  I lost a ticket and they replaced it.
