To heck with the smites!  Always refreshing, IMO, to have input of parents, relatives, etc., of the student athletes, their perspective, insights, etc., whether or not one agrees with everything that they may post.  Refreshing and, quite frankly, good for society overall to see concerned and caring parents so involved in their children's athletic and other endeavors, even well into their college years.  Continuing best wishes to JReese and family.  Don't be a stranger, JR!!
