  • I like the kid but that?s not a ?next level throw? that is luck as he didn?t see the defender. A next level throw is basically same thing but he saw it and made that throw on purpose. If for instance he saw the defender and threw it off his inside ear as the WR was clearing the defender.

What I saw in that video was just luck lol

  • We all better hope Colombi comes in and tears it up and gives these kids a year to learn and get comfortable with the college game. That would be best for our program

Thought the same thing. He stared that receiver down so hard.

Too much to assume he didn't see the LB. I believe he saw him pre snap and knew exactly where to go with the ball. Thats a 30 yard dart and a 40 yard play. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt considering his 71/12 TD/Int ratio. The kid made of living in the middle of the field according to his hudl. We could have used more throws in the middle of the field last year

yes we could've.  instead, we wasted downs on that stupid fade & sideline passes that wound up in the 2nd row of seats.

Lol.. he didn?t see him. It was backside LB who honestly should have intercepted the ball.

  • I think by next level. He is calling it a BLIFS throw.  Behind the Linebackers in front of the Safeties.  It?s up there as one of the toughest throws to make consistently and it speaks highly of a QBs arm talent.

It doesn?t fit that category either. As I said, I like the kid but that?s not a throw I would be bragging about.

Even if he didn't see him, that's a hell of a 30 yard rope  that went less  than 10 ft off the ground over a defender

That I agree with. Arm strength is there. The kid is good.

Man I just hope one of these kids turns out or be good. Won't do crap in SB without a quality qb
