Topic: Dambrot Regrets Not Using More Timeouts

Duquesne coach, Keith Dambrot (the author spelled his name wrong in the link below), stated he should have used a couple of more timeouts when the Herd went wild in the second half, but taking a page out of Danny's book, he said he thought his team could work through it.  Also, the article stated that there were four NBA scouts present at the game looking at Kinsey.

As bad as we sucked at FTs, the Dukes were worse. We hit 9 of 16 and they were 9 of 17.

No question.  I think I've heard a Herd Head Coach or two utter that phrase a time or two.  Really, bust, it would have maybe been closer to a 30-point lead at the HALF had we done those things.

Nice, though, to see the HERD, and Kinsey, get some good pub/exposure in the local press in a large Metro area which is a home to a couple of Atlantic 10 and ACC institutions.  That can't ever hurt, IMO!!
