Anyone know the status of the newly resurrected Track and Field team?

Any recruits, talk of a track being built - or, are all home meets going to be held indoors at the IPF?

They are using the indoor track at the Chris Cline Athletic Complex the same as the Women. Their first meet is this Saturday at home, starting at 10am and will be going on until about 4:15-4:30. It is a joint meet, Men and Women. The roster for the Men is below and has more than half a dozen players from the football team (scroll down for the Men):

If you listen to Coach's Huff press conference in another thread, he said we lost a recruit last year due to not having a track team. Huff said some players want to play two sports in college and he is in favor of the players playing two sports. He is in favor of adding track and working with track team staff. Huff mentioned that several football players would be on the track team by name.

What about outdoor season?  Where will they run?  One of the high schools?  Coming to Charleston would be difficult as Laidley stays booked between UC and all the high school meets on the weekends.
