It appears I'm in the minority here that thinks Taylor is a good player. I know he had a couple of games where he shot too much but on the season he only averaged 3.5 more shots than Kinsey. I believe he was a top 25 scorer in the country. I think wherever he lands, he starts and helps that team.

I just read this piece.
AFA as his statement regarding the federal gov't poking its nose in, that is complete bulls^7t. That was the NCAA's fault for illegally regulating the movement of players & and their ability to earn. He's correct regarding 'moneyball' however.

The old saying of "money talks & BS walks" is usually true and is the situation here. And the anti-DD crowd here is correct about having to adjust recruiting philosophies.

Everyone knows he is a really good player.  If he stays within himself he could be even better....but much of that is on HC.  Still more of a shooting guard than a pg to me but the fact he can play both positions makes him a valuable commodity which has been apparent by his recent list of schools interested. He was literally made an offer he couldn't refuse. Best of luck to him. Time to move on.

Everyone knows that Taylor is a huge loss. But the reason is Danny wasn't prepared and isn't ready for todays reality. Just think if he would move players out that he made mistakes judging their talent in the first place? Instead of one opening we would have had 5. We are sitting here without a PG even on this roster. And don't say Braun (can't play PG) or Curfman(mainly a shooter) or Nutter (no experience and most likely to slow). I sure hope we get lucky and land one because if we don't, this is the best example of how to mismanage a roster you will ever see.
