F. Alston ( 18 PPG, 4.5 APG ) hobbled early in the 8-9 Game with GA ST. Currently 13-12 Appy with 60 ticks left in the 1st

25-15 Appy with 5:47 left in the 2nd. GA ST looking gassed, missing easy shots. Alston returned 4 mins into the 2nd.


32-28 Appy at the half. Game has not seemed that close, Appy had a 12-pt lead at one juncture. Appy 12 TO GA ST 10 TO.

54-48 Appy end of the 3rd. It is basically Faith Alston vs. Crystal Henderson, since Tolivert, GA ST leading scorer has struggled much of the game. Appy seems to have the biggest fan contingent of any team I have seen down there so far.

second half of the 4th QTR was nip-and-talk but F. Alston  (36 pts)  outdueled Tolivert ( who came to life late ) and Henderson. Came up with a steal with Appy up 1 and 16 seconds left. 73-68 Appy for the final score after the fouling.
