  • Didn't she play at Tennessee tech last year? It say 0.5 points a game last year. She was all American at D3 but didn't seem to transition well to D1.

Hopefully she will do better with Juli and she is familiar with her system and style, and it just wasn't a good fit at TT last year.

Only took eleven shots last year and scored eight points.

She didn't see the floor until late December, so I'm assuming maybe she had to sit out the first semester. Only averaged 7.4 minutes per game.

    Interesting.

Hopefully she will. But TT isn't a powerhouse by no means and if she was a really good player she would have done better than that. Maybe can be a role player.

  • She had a nagging injury while at Tenn Tech which caused her limited action and stats."
She should be good to go this fall.
Retired 10 years early to follow Herd sports.
Those 10 years have been marvelous.

  • Put Yeast on a track scholarship.  Then walkon bb.  Free up another scholarship and then she can do outdoor track for Herd.  They need her.  Yeast is 5.9?

This is not permitted unless the rules have changed.

Football and basketball are considered counter sports. Meaning is a player participates in football and ANY other sport they must be counted in the football scholarship count. If they participate in basketball and any sport other than football, they must be counted in the basketball scholarship count.

I would suppose you could straight NIL her her tuition costs and consider her a walk-on if you want to free up a scholarship.
