Very little real data/info given to support this "poll" and its "findings, rankings, .etc.".   Does reflect cheap housing, given the City's current, total housing stock, which continues to diminish and deteriorate, and thus ends up seeing more structures razed or in need of being razed or significantly remodeled, upgraded, etc.
