All we can take from this game is the positives. We looked pretty damn good vs #3 OSU who, by they way, paid out $20M from their own budget to buy some of the highest ranked players in the nation. This does NOT include additional payments to individual players paid from individual NIL contracts, maybe another $20M?? Most, and I understand all, of their top Junior players from last year who could have normally declared for the draft stayed because they had not won a conference championship nor beaten Michigan not to mention being paid perhaps a million or more to do so. We looked really good against them. We did not quit at the end, we merely gave some kids a chance to play in that atmosphere and show what they had while protecting our best players from injury vs. one of the most, if not the most, talented teams in the US of A.
