Grassie and staff just signed Louie Salkeld, transfer from ETSU. Sophomore midfielder this year. Started almost all games this year and played the full 90. One goal and four assists on the season.

Some (current or ex) ETSU players were at the semifinals and final in Cary to support Tarik Pannholzer. Nice pipeline to continue.

Look like some good pick ups.  Hope he can get a few more and mesh the newcomers with the existing guys.  He seems to be getting good at that.

So the main needs now include a couple of outstanding strikers and perhaps a GK to compete with Rose ? Rose has the height/length but to me he did not appear to have the reflexes to match Janjic. What a great, great season Janjic had for us.

I watched the last 20 minutes. First soccer I've ever watched... holy %^&* it's boring. It's like watching a football game where a team marches 80 yards down the field and then runs it back to their own goal line to reset constantly.

Yes it's difficult to match excitement of football.  Where else can you sit through a 4 hour game for about 12 minutes of action.
